Get Involved
There are many ways you can help. Read below to see some of the things you can do.
Sew Blocks
Blocks can be made by hand or by machine. They should be in the Cross X pattern. Even if you aren't an experienced quilter, you can make a block with the simple instructions on this website. Click on the Instructions link to see how to make a block.
Sew Quilt Tops
If you prefer to make a quilt top, it can be quilted by chapter members. Each quilt top consists of 15 blocks, with sashing between each block. Quilt tops can be made scrappy, with lots of different fabrics, or matching, using the same fabrics througout.
Make a Quilt
More experienced quilters can make their own quilt from start to finish.
Donate Supplies
When blocks or tops are donated to the chapter, we need thread, backing fabrics and batting to finish the quilts. If you have any of these items, or want to purchase them for donation, we'll be glad to have them.
